We source from farming belts across India, clean and grade in our own facility, and pack in food-grade, moisture-resistant packaging—so what reaches your kitchen is as close as possible to what left the farm.
Traditional techniques such as sun drying and slower stone grinding help preserve natural colour, aroma and character.
